ART ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (PDF)

  1. All artists must be 18 or older.
  2. Artists can donate up to 2 pieces (one entry at a time).
  3. Art size, unframed, OR framed is  8″x8″ inches square, maximum depth of 3 inches, mounted (Gatorfoam board, Masonite, stretched canvas, wood, or panel board) ready for display.
  4. Hanging accessories (wire, D rings, screws or sawtooth) taped onto the back of artwork ready for the buyer to use.
  5. Dimensional work must be sturdy enough to be shipped without risk of damage.
  6. Artists can state the minimum bid amount and value. If no minimum is given, LVSF will set the minimum at $50 dollars.
  7. All work must be 100% dry, fixed to not smudge, run, or flake, and mounted under glass where appropriate.
  8. Work must not violate copyright laws. All work must be original concept and created solely by the artist donating the work.
  9. Work done under the guidance of an instructor is not eligible for entry.
  10. All donations become the property of LVSF upon receipt.

IMAGE ENTRY REQUIREMENT

  1. Any entries which arrive over the size limit will be returned to the artist at artist expense.
  2. LVSF reserves the right to reject or return any art submission.
  3. The artist will provide at least one image for use in promotion and online bidding. Photos can be taken by a mobile device and submitted in large format in high quality up to 100MB. Ideal size: 300dpi, 4×4 inches or 1000x1000pixels in 72dpi.

TERMS OF ARTWORK SALES

  1. LVSF will handle all sales and collect all associated payments from buyers. All donated artworks must be available for sale by LVSF for the entire duration of the event. Buyers will pay all packing and shipping charges and insurance costs.
  2. All possible care will be taken of the work submitted to the event. LVSF will not assume responsibility for work improperly framed or damaged work.
  3.  Auction sales will be final and non-refundable.
