May 17 @ 11:00 am - 3:30 pm

Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at Literacy Volunteers Of Santa Fe‘s 40th Anniversary Kickoff event in partnership with the Santa Fe International Literary Festival! Celebrate 40 years of changing lives – we want you to be there! 🎉

All LVSF Tutors are being offered two FREE tickets to each of two special events at the Santa Fe International Literary Festival on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and an invitation to a special reception with Diné author and filmmaker Ramona Emerson, author of Shuttered and Exposure. Ramona is originally from Tohatchi, New Mexico and is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and the Institute of American Indian Arts. She spent 16 years as a police department photographer in Albuquerque, documenting crime scenes before becoming a novelist. Her work as a police photographer is featured in her 2022 debut novel Shuttered. She will be a featured presenter with author Jaime Figueroa at this year’s Festival.

We appreciate you and the dedication you have shown in supporting our mission and our students. You have made a positive difference in the lives of our students and in our Santa Fe community!
